What could be the problem with my upper lip diode laser treatment? (Photo)

Had an upper lip diode laser treatment. 10x to be exact. But still hair are still growing and still thick on the side of my mouth. Based on the leaflets. Hair removal on face usually is 8-10 sessions. But I had 10 sessions of upper lip diode treatment. But on the next day there are still a lot of hair still growing. What could be the problem? Is it bad that after laser treatment I usually shave the area after a day. Because i cant go to work with this look. I need to be neat all the time because I'm a health professional

Thank you for your quesion! It looks ands sounds like you have Post Inflammatory Hyperpigmentation (PIH). You will have to wait until after you are finished breastfeeding to address this with a laser. Best of luck!
