I have a peg shaped lateral incisor on my left side and a missing lateral incisor on the other side. I am planning to get braces. Will my peg shaped tooth get removed and the braces close the gap of the removed teeth?

Yes. Your protruding canines can be fixed with Invisalign. You may need a refinement, which will require addtional impressions and you will probably need IPR (interproximal reduction) to create sufficient space to properly align the canine teeth but Invisalign should work nicely.
