When will I see the effects of Retin-A?

Hi!I am Asian,40 years old,a Retin A user for 2 months now.I can say that my skin has improved a lot since I started using Retin A.I dont have acne,in fact I have clear skin.I started using Retin A for its "age defying" effects.My worries now are lines under my eyes started to appear and the crows feet became very visible.Should I really have to apply Retin A in these areas?I also apply a moisturizer after Retin A and noticed it helped a lot with the dryness.

When using Retin-A, you will see an effect within 2-3 days with redness and scaliness. The cosmetic improvement will take at least one month to see some changes.

Usually 3 months, however if you have sensitive skin, and have to start at twice a week, it may take up to 3-4 months- this video shows how to use Retin A and moisturisers, as well as the differences in Retinol, Retinoid Acid and all other forms of vitamin A. Thank you for your question. Retin-A can help with fine lines and wrinkles, but it can take months up to years to see results. The skin around the eyes is thin and highly sensitive, and in my opinion, Retin-A should be avoided in these areas. I highly recommend you consult with a board certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon regarding treatment for under the eyes and crows feet. Take care and good luck.
