A victim of braces and retraction. What can I do? (Photo)

My 2 lower 1st molars was extracted due to tooth decay then I wore braces. After the treatment, my profile jaw and chin receded or retruded. I feel it got shorter or pushed far back. What can I do? Can this be solved non surgically? Thank You
