Will these grid line patterns, orange-peel texture & shallow pinprick holes go away & what do you recommend? (Photo)

Hello I’m a female asian with type II skin. I got co2 laser done 4 times (spaced 1 month apart) and the last one was 2 months ago. I noticed I have these gridline patterns, orange-peel texture, and shallow pinprick holes that seem to get worse and more visible when wearing makeup. The plastic surgeon who did this said that the energy used was 32 (I had no acne scars, just PIE and PIH). Could he possibly damaged my skin? Will these ever go away? And what products would you recommend?

​Treatment for chin dimpling ("pebble chin" or "orange peel") is Botox injected into the mentalis muscle. This typically gives great improvement to the appearance of the chin.
