Hello I’m a female asian with type II skin. I got co2 laser done 4 times (spaced 1 month apart) and the last one was 2 months ago. I noticed I have these gridline patterns, orange-peel texture, and shallow pinprick holes that seem to get worse and more visible when wearing makeup. The plastic surgeon who did this said that the energy used was 32 (I had no acne scars, just PIE and PIH). Could he possibly damaged my skin? Will these ever go away? And what products would you recommend?

Fractional CO2 laser is an excellent tool for skin rejuvenation in our center in Santa Monica. We use the fractional multi-depth ablative approach to help resurface the skin, recontour acne scars, improve incisional plastic surgery scars, and reduce surface irregularities from skin tone to dark...
This is either scarring or textural changes in the skin. I would recommend using topical steroids or topical silicone, or even intralesional steroid injections.
