Is Sculpsure a good procedure to remove submental fat and deliver a chiseled and angular jaw line? (photos)

I'm wondering about the viability of using Sculpsure to remove weight-loss resistant submental fat to produce a more chiseled, angular jawline. My submental fat is relatively mild / age-appropriate, but bothersome. I'd like to avoid Kybella due to pain, swelling, cost, and repeated sessions. I'm 31, 5'1" and 135 lbs, with light, dry skin. Other than submental fat, I have few signs of aging. Thank you!
