How to permanently get rid of vellus hair?

Question

I am half Irish and half Greek. My body hair is mostly black and course however I do have blonde vellus hair on parts of my belly, upper arms and along my hairline. I know lasers cant detect blonde vellus hair but would electrolysis? I want all of my hair gone. I'm so sick of it! I also wanna laser my hairline but I'm scared they might take to much off. I know this sounds crazy but are there measurements that can be taken or a machine that will determine my perfect hairline? Thank you so much!!

a great question! its difficult to get rid of villus hair esp the ones without any color. I do have a laser that has helped a few lucky patients with the exact same problem as yours. not sure where you are located but if you can come to see me at my office Id be happy to do a test area and see how much improvement you get. Thank you for your question. Laser hair removal is a safe and effective treatment for the most common areas of the body, including the face, back, legs and arms. Unfortunately, vellus hair and light/grey hair are the most difficult types of hair to remove. Electrolysis will work regardless of hair color. You can also consider Vaniqa cream.
