Permanent bridge teeth look crooked and pointy, what are my options? (Photos)

Had a permanent bridge put on yesterday. The temp looked great. Guns were swollen when my permanent bridge was put in. The dentist said they’d look better after the swelling went down so I gave my permission to cement. Shame on me. Was told to come back if adjustments are needed. Bridge looks crooked and teeth look pointy with too much space around them when I smile. Is there any way the dentist can add back to the crowned teeth to make them look more naturally shaped like the temp one did?
