Obviously replacing the crowns would correct it but there’s nothing that can be added to crowns in the mouth that would get the result you want. I would suggest seeing a dentist for an exam and x-rays to find out why the teeth have moved. You could be unaware of a problem with gum disease, for example. It’s possible that a removable orthodontic appliance could be used to move the teeth back, but again, you would need an exam first.
You can either get new crowns or removable orthodontics to close the gap. If you are missing any of your back teeth, your teeth are constantly shifting and I would suggest orthodontics with retainers. The treatment in this case is based on the cause of the gap. Hope that helps.
Hi! I agree, an exam and x-rays are needed to determine the foundation for those teeth to make sure the teeth roots and gums are healthy and not diseased. Did you have braces in the past? Sometimes a simple active retainer will bring those teeth back closer together. Another question is do you snore? Sometimes the tongue pushes against our front teeth in order to get more oxygen when we sleep. Make sure your dentist can screen you for this. (You may get a better night's sleep!)

It takes time to fully heal from a surgery. It is very unlikely that a tooth will just fall out. You can expect things to feel differently after a surgery for several weeks. I would give everything a full 6-8 weeks to heal before worrying too much.
