Hi,I love doing veneers, and I am very good at it. Your case, however, should be treated with orthodontic therapy and not veneers.I have successfully treated cases just like yours with Invisalign, and you should consider this treatment because it will put your own natural, healthy teeth into their proper functional and esthetic position which will also give you lip support and a broadened smile. My recommendation is Invisalign and whitening and not veneers. I am in the Dallas area and see many people from across the state in my practice. If you would like to come in for a free consultation, I would enjoy meeting you to explain how you could have me treat this in just a few trips.Doug Jopling, DDS
Thanks for the pictures and questions.Best option is orthodontics then veneers.Assuming you wanted this fixed yesterday, you could extract those two teeth and place two (3 unit) all ceramic bridges. This is a more aggressive approach, however its an option you can consider.
yr both upper lateral incisors are out of arch , so no to veneers, u r an ideal case for aligner / invisalign.
I would recommend orthodontic treatment over veneers. You should consider Invisalign or another clear aligner system. You can whiten your teeth as your straighten them with clear aligners keeping your natural, healthy teeth without causing any damage to them.
Hi:Due to the position of your two lateral teeth, it is best to straighten out your teeth with orthodontic treatment first.Best,Dr. Maddahi
I would not recommend veneers for you in the beginning. I’d recommend Invisalign first to correct your misaligned teeth and then evaluate your smile after Invisalign. If you want instant results and not wanting to wait months for results with Invisalign, then your second option can be extract those two out of place teeth and her two 3-unit bridges or your third option can be extract two misplaced teeth and get two dental implants.
Based on the photos, you appear to be a good candidate for braces or invisalign to correct the misalignment of your teeth. I would recommend a consultation with an orthodontist who has great photos and reviews.
If you're not happy with your temporaries it's very important to let your dentist know that before your permanent ones are made. Models and photos or your temporaries and adjusting either digitally or even drawing on the photos and relaying as much info to your dentist and lab will be...
Hi:Unfortunately, the only real temporary solution that can last 6 months will be bonding until it is replaced with porcelain.Best,Dr. Maddahi
Veneers done well will last 15 years plus. They appeared in the literature in the early 80's and so have not been around for 50 years yet. I have been placing them since 1988 and I have some that are still in place at 30 years. The only change is the esthetics but functionally they are...
I just did a case just like yours on a friend. Couple of things to keep in mind one you can do a new smile preview of what you would look like after everything called a new smile preview that ive attached. But youre not only going to need gum surgery but a different type of surgery called...
If you were diagnosed with periodontal disease, then you must have your periodontal disease treated first before ANY veneer or cosmetic work done. Your canine #11 is in a bad position for any cosmetic work to be successful. I'm afraid there is no easy way out to get you your...
I am so glad you are asking this question and seeking a conservative method of enhancing your smile!!!!! So many patients have gotten standard veneers which require drilling away of healthy enamel when no-prep and minimal-prep veneers can be done instead.I have performed thousands of Lumineers ...
