Hi, i just got my third treatment done 2 days ago, and I was horrified when I looked at my legs this morning. They have white bumps all over, but theyre not itchy. the bumps are all over the pores on my legs. Will they scar? Any way I can improve this at all?

looks like a minor inflammation.  That means that the hair follicles received significant amount of energy and is going away. If there is no itching,  you can just nothing and await getting better in 3 to 5 days. Otherwise using coconut oil can decrease the inflammation.

Any way I can improve this at all?According to what I can notice in your photos, I would say that this is minor inflammation due to the laser treatment.  We generally see this reaction as a sign that the laser has had a significant effect of the hair producing follicles. It should go away on it's on in a few days.  If it becomes irritated, an OTC hydrocortisone cream may be used to reduce the irritation.  If you haven't seen this reaction before, it may that the energy was too low on your prior treatments, of that the hairs were not in the active growth phase.  Laser hair removal is most effective during this cycle of hair growth.  So you may be seeing this reaction due to a majority of hairs in active growth, which is good, because that means that you just received a highly effective treatment!!

If the hair shaft heats up enough, it will cause swelling. This means it is probably going to destroy the area producing hair. It is a good sign, don't worry. Sometimes it is itchy and steroid topical cream can be used.
