Most of those pumps could be from the shaving cream or the blade you use.  Laser hair removal just removes the follicles and and if is done months ago shouldn't be causing any problems now. Sometimes doing few sessions of laser Genesis or medical grade chemical peel can be helpful as well as Microneedling with PRP.

little follicle inflammation after tthe hair removal could be normal. Having said that the inflammation should go away within 3 days. The provider may have to adjust the settings next time around. Please let them see it or take a picture of the reaction. 

usually the erythema lasts 2 to 3 days. If you had PRP treatment added to Microneedling commonly called Vampire Facial, the erythema will subside faster. Also the results are enhanced with that treatment.  Sometimes using antioxidant masks can speed up the process as well. 

The laser hair removal usually is scheduled around the follicles cycles.  Typically the first few sessions are 4 weeks apart and then the later sessions are scheduled 6 weeks apart.  Depending the equipment used the number of sessions may vary. The newer technology like Xeo by Cutera typically needs 6 treatments. 3 of them 4 weeks apart and then 3 of them 6 weeks apart. 

there should be no issues with treatment of any area of your body with trusculpt3D.  The prior spinal surgery including pins and plates would not exclude this procedure for you.  Please see a licensed trusculpt3D provider for area of treatment. 

it depends on the amount of acne scarring.  Sometimes Microneedling with PRP is better for 2 treatments and then one with hyaluronic acid.  Sometimes Pearl Fractional resurfacing works better. 

Since you are a first time user try to do 2 areas at once and you can schedule the next session in about one to 2 weeks. Individuals react differently to any procedure so always go slow.

You are absolutely right about being monopolar.  The difference is the dept of the penetration of trusculpt3D which is deeper and tightening the skin. Other technologies work as well, but trusculpt3D will give you more impressive and smoother results. 

looks like a minor inflammation.  That means that the hair follicles received significant amount of energy and is going away. If there is no itching,  you can just nothing and await getting better in 3 to 5 days. Otherwise using coconut oil can decrease the inflammation. 

Trusculpt3d surgical clips are not contraindication but the operator still should monitor you continuously during the procedure. If you had mesh for hernia repair,  trusculpt3D or any other lasers are not recommended in that area.
