Why do I have persistent redness two years after TCA peel? (photos)

Hi i did a 20%tca Peel about 2 years ago and left on for approximately 1 min and it has left me with a consistent redmark that does not fade i have tried 4 sessions of ND YAG laser RETIN-A and 6% hydroquinione and no improvement any other suggestions? thanks
