Hi i did a 20%tca Peel about 2 years ago and left on for approximately 1 min and it has left me with a consistent redmark that does not fade i have tried 4 sessions of ND YAG laser RETIN-A and 6% hydroquinione and no improvement any other suggestions? thanks

Sounds like you did the TCA peel yourself.   Redness two years after a properly applied peel would be very unusual.  May need to be treated with a steroid cream.

It looks like an area of persistent erythema.  Does it blanch (fade) when you press it?  If it is indeed vascular, then the best treatment is the V Beam Laser.  I would estimate 1-2 treatments.
