Why Did my Lips Turn Blue/purple After Permanent Makeup Application?

I had permanent lip colour - 3 X but my lips have a bluish/purplish tinge ? Why? And what can I do to fix them?

As long as you find a good permanent makeup artist, the lip lines around your lips should not affect the permanent lip color.  Ask the provider if you can see some of their before and after pictures of older women who have had it done to get an idea of the quality of his/her work.

"Permanent" may be a misnomer for permanent eyebrow tattoos. Depending on the pigment, the eyebrow tattoos tend to fade with time. If not done correctly they can also change color. DO NOT get BLACK tattoos for the eyebrows, they almost always turn to BLUE! Go to an experienced...

The easiest option is to retatoo with a pigment to darken the typically fading tattoo. Laser removal of eyebrow tattoo can be costly, requires multiple treatments and  can be less than  complete.  The  tattooing can be done  in the office. Fees range from $500-$700.
