Permanent Damage from Vi Peel?

I had the Vi peel 6 months ago. My skin peeled for a week and looked great 7 days post peel, when all the skin had flaked off. About 2 weeks after that, my skin took a drastic turn for the worse. It has become dry, scaly, flaky, red, inflamed, sensitive, chapped looking, and actually, older looking. No amount of moisturizer helps at all. My face looks sunburned all the time and people keep asking me if I am sunburned or have been at the beach. I have reptile skin! Please help me.
