Permanent Damage from Vi Peel?

Vipeel chemical peels can cause post treatment redness, itching,
dryness, and ironically, hyperpigmentation. Early post-peel care is
vital. I would use a curated combination of Covalent peels, fractional
laser, and topical creams to treat the skin after a Vipeel. Start with
Elevase to help with dryness of the skin. Melarase creams are ideal to
combat pigmentation.

You did peel your skin prematurely. The good news is that I cannot see any signs of hyperpigmentation on your skin, so your skin should be ok within a few days. It will burn and seem tight until it heals, and it may take longer time for it to completely heal. If you start peeling again, as you described that it is happening with your chin, let it peel at its own pace. It is ok for some patients to peel two times. Good luck!
