Only my eyebrows began falling out two weeks after using it .03 retinol once a day. My eyebrows have been falling out for four months now and doctors can find out why after doing bloodwork and are only suggesting Rogaine. I’m not sure if I’m having a telogen effluvium but it seems like my eyebrows will never stop falling out and I don’t see any regrowth. Is it worth considering an eyebrow transplant? Can the transplant hairs fall out if my real eyebrows keep falling?

An eyebrow transplant can be a solution if the hair loss becomes permanent, but it’s crucial to first stabilize any active shedding. Transplanted hairs are taken from a different area of the body (usually the scalp) and are not affected by the same conditions that may be causing your natural eyebrows to fall out.
