Veneers or 3/4 crowns on top four teeth? (Photo)

My teeth have shifted and are grayish over the past few years. Have sensitivity and pain. Dentist did one root canal on #10 Dentist wants to do 3/4 crowns for cosmetics and to relieve sensitivity. Said will function better than veneers. Opinions?

Essentially they are the same, except the 3/4 crowns wrap around the sides of the teeth to give a little more grab on them and it may also help with the change in color. In your case, it would seem that the 3/4 crowns would be the best

Think about 3/4 crowns as wrap around veneers. They wrap between the teeth.  There are several advantages including strength and better final appearance if tooth size needs correcting.  I would tend to favor the 3/4 crowns in your case.Anoher important question is 4 or 8 teth.  8 teeth is a smilemakeover and you are in creative control.Doing 6 is usually not the best idea because the smile looks less natural.  8 allows a wider smile.  I would actually prefer to widen your smile with a DNA Appliance first and then do veneers or 3/4 crowns
