6 weeks post op, 330cc extra high profile subgladular. I want to know if over the months I will have more projection (Photo)

You are only 6 weeks after your breast augmentation, so you have a while to go before you see your final result. I am sure you want to hear that your breasts will get more projection as you heal, but unfortunately this probably won't happen.  You mentioned that you tried on 325cc and 350cc and liked them, but you indicate that you received 330cc. It is my experience that the implants tend to look about 10% smaller when they are inside (as opposed to just being put in your bra when you try them on).  This is why I always recommend to my patients that they go up about 30-50cc more than the size they try on and like. If you are unhappy with your size, speak to your surgeon about it and see what he/she says. 

Good day, thank you for your question.  It is far too away to know exactly what your breasts will end up looking like.  But it is highly unlikely you will get more projection.  Breast implants typically drop slightly over the first 6 months.  All the best!

You are “fresh” out of surgery and therefore it is much too early to evaluate the outcome of the procedure performed; your breasts will undoubtedly change over the course of the next several weeks/months.  Although online consultants cannot predict whether or not you will be pleased with the long-term outlook, of the procedure performed, it is safe to predict that the breasts will change.   If, in the longer term, you remain displeased, discuss your concerns directly with your plastic surgeon. Keep in mind, that there may be anatomic limitations as to how large of breast implants can be utilized safely.Best wishes for an outcome that you will be pleased with longer-term.

Your implant projection probably will not change too much at this point.  If you want more projection you may need to have different implants.

Congratulations on going through with your surgery.  A lot of patients may have an ideal in mind for how they want to look and unfortunately not everyone can achieve that goal primarily due to how they look before hand.  A second operation carries all of the risks of the first operation so be sure that is what you want to do and be sure you are going to have enough of a change.You have the most projecting implants placed over the muscle so they will project the most that they can and you are concerned about not having enough projection.  If you look at the implant charts for volume vs projection you will have to go to a substantially larger implant to get more projection.Consult with your plastic surgeon and try to be patient.
