I have some loose skin in my upper stomach (which is a problem sitting and Bending ) I had a consult with a lovely surgeon who suggested bodytite & lipo as I'm not sure I want do a reverse tummy tuck , as you can see I've already had a standard tummy tuck. There are so many non surgical options , I had a consult with a clinic who offered lipocel? Do you think this would work at all or would bodytite do more for my situation? I know there are lots of other non surgical options as well (lipocel is one have Been researching ) would these work in my situation?
Answer: Bodytite for Upper Abdomen Skin Dear Wiss_20, Thank you for your question and including photographs. However, it is hard to give a precise answer to the issue without a proper examination. These may be options available for you. Mild looseness? → Non-surgical treatments (RF, laser, ultrasound) Moderate looseness? → BodyTite, J-Plasma, or a mini tummy tuck Severe looseness? → Full tummy tuck You mentioned you had previously had a tummy tuck but still had the upper skin issue. I would suggest consulting in person with several experienced board-certified surgeons to discover all the options available for you. Good Luck, Best, Dr. Adam Kinal

Answer: Loose skin on upper stomach- Bespoke treatment surgical or non surgical with Bodytite Morpheus 8 or Renuvion Hi, Thanks for your question and pictures. There are several cosmetic treatments that can reduce and build/improve collagen. Over the years, many new devices have become available for addressing skin laxity including laser therapy (e.g. CO2 , Erbium etc.) , radiofrequency (RF) and micro-needling, ultrasound, intense pulsed light (IPL), collagen-stimulating dermal fillers. In you case, it is important to perform a detailed medical ( including age, lifestyle etc.) where the doctor/surgeon is able to give you several options (surgical and non surgical). The key here is to understand what you would like to achieve, what are your expectations. Before to consider any surgical option I would recommend first to start with non surgical/ less invasive option however the results are never guarantee because each patient is different and the results varies patient to patient. In our clinic we offer a bespoke assessment and treatment plan with combination Bodytite with Morpheus 8 ( 3 sessions 4 to 6 weeks apart) or Renuvion with other aesthetic medical treatments including Profhilo, collagen-stimulating dermal fillers ( e.g. Radiesse, Sculptra etc. ) These combined procedures will allow to increase the probability of skin tightening and so reduce more the risk of "saggy" skin. Aftercare recommendations including healthy diet and exercise can also help. However, if your saggy/excess skin will not improve and so if you are unhappy after at least 6 months then you should consider more invasive options such as surgical treatment to remove the excess of loose skin. I would recommend to make an appointment with an expert body contouring doctor for a medical assessment in order to make a bespoke treatment plan. Hope this helps, Best Wishes, Dr Giuseppe Fiore

Answer: Loose skin on upper stomach It doesn’t seem that you have a lot of lose skin to treat, in my opinion based on the pictures you provided. Macroneedling (CIT) could be a good alternative. Collagen induction therapy, also known as needling, is a simple yet effective technique for addressing various skin conditions such as wrinkles, loose skin, aging, stretch marks, cellulite, hyperpigmentation, and scars. Needling involves the use of different lengths of needles, with longer needles (2.5-3mm) used by medical professional surgeons, while shorter needles (0.02-2mm) are available for home use and by nurse practitioners. This technique can be used safely on any part of the body, including the face, and on all skin types. I’ve observed that more aggressive treatment leads to more impressive results. While noticeable changes can be seen after a single treatment, it is generally recommended to undergo 3 to 5 treatments to achieve the desired outcomes. I hope this helps, good luck !
