I take 50 mg and have had incredible results with my skin however I am tired and as a runner, notice I lack the endurance I had before. Wondering if anyone has experience with 25mg and whether it may have any effect on the fatigue and still work for the acne.

Spironolactone may rarely cause lethargy or fatigue, however insomnia is not reported. But spironolactone may affect you differently. If you truly have cause and effect, the medication may be responsible for your symptoms. Avoid the spironolactone for a few weeks, then try taking it again....
