Best way to correct over filled fat under eye/cheek? (photos)

I have received three times fat transfer five years ago to fill apple cheeks. I feel like the fat transfer was too much under my eye so that everything I smile my eyes are squeezed. With time goes on, I found the fat over all loosen and start move down and tear groove appears. My questions are 1 Can I use Morpheus 8 or accurate to treat my under eyes? I have slight eye bag, loosen under eye skin and over filled fat there. (Light pink) 2 thread lift my cheeks and jawline? 3 fill tear groove ?
