Did Ultherapy three years ago (with a top-up after 6 mos) with great results. Both times, it hurt a lot and I was quite sore for 10 days following. Just did it again with a different doctor in a different city. She told me that she had a special method for reducing pain - there was very little pain, it was quick, she glided the instrument over my face. There is NO soreness. It was very expensive and I am quite concerned that it will not be effective.

Answer: Ultherapy for facial tightening with different protocols
I am not aware of any studies investigating antioxidants as having a negative effect on the collagen production after Ultherapy non invasive facial skin tightening. Many of our patients take such antioxidants and we have seen very good results from Ultherapy regardless.
Ultherapy is a noninvasive skin lifting technology that works by stimulating a healing response for new collagen. At 29 it seems unlikely that there is enough skin laxity to see much of a difference. On the other hand, if the laxity is significant then a surgical facelift is best, so that is why...
