My dentist told me to change Invisalign every 10 days. Will it be as much effective?

We usually recommend to change trays every 2 weeks, and sometimes longer for certain types of movement and certain patients.  Everyone's teeth move different, some people can get away with changing trays faster then others.  As I have never seen you clinically, I would follow your dentists recommendations, but express your concerns to them.  They may tell you to stick to every 2 weeks, if that is what has been working for you previously.  Good luck!

Every patient is different. Your dentist may have observed that your teeth have been tracking/moving at a good pace and recommended that you could shorten your trays from 2 weeks down to 10 days. As long as you are wearing the aligners for 22 hours a day you should be fine. However, I would not try to cut the time down anymore because there are potential negative affects from moving teeth tooth fast.
