I'm taking vitamin c, c cone, bcaas, surbex z + fish oil capsules for hair growth. Will it work for me?

Fish oil even it is from the seven seas, it will not grow hair. If you have hair loss issues see a doctor for an exam and treatment options.

If you have nutritional deficiencies then it is worth taking supplements to restore normal blood levels.Otherwise maintaining a normal diet and a healthy lifestyle is what you should be focusing on for healthy hair growth.However, if you have Male Pattern Hair Loss then no amount of nutritional supplements is going to reverse this and you will be disappointed if this is your expectation. Furthermore, you will waste a lot of money that would be better spent on proven medical remedies such as topical minoxidil or oral finasteride.

always start off with the drug finasteride for one year in men. You are using all of the substances you listed, I doubt that they will work regardless of your sex. Many men under 30, will stop or reverse the thinning that
occurs with genetic balding with the drug finasteride. I also always perform
bulk measurements with an instrument called HAIR CHECK which is a good way to
determine just how much thinning you have that you can not see. Once this test
is done and you have gone a year, I often repeat the test as it gives an
excellent measurement on what happened to your hair over the year. If it got
better and some of the thinning reversed, maybe you won't need a transplant and
that is the goal that you should look to do. Of course, a good doctor is
