Why do I still have bruises and lumps from SculpSure procedure over 4 months ago? Should I be concerned?

I had SculpSure done on my thighs in October and I got some bruises but they have not gone away. I also have some lumps which I know is normal after the procedure but these lumps come and go and sometimes are more visible than other times. I have massaged them but they randomly appear again but smaller. Should I be concerned? How can I make the bruises go away?
