I got this tattoo 2 days ago to add to the previous one hoping it would make it pop a bit more. I liked the design but once it was on the skin it just didn't feel right at all, I feel like I've ruined the previous one and with all these different colors, I just don't know if it's removable, or if it's just going to make everything worse. It just has to go, my mind can't take it. I'm looking to remove the five really bold flowers and leave the paw, the big flower and the lettering if possible.

Thank you for your question. Going to the gym during
your laser treatment should not affect your results. On the contrary,
exercising shall help the ink in your tattoo to fade quicker. If you have any
other concerns, please see your treating physician. All the best!
Picosure is great for overall skin rejuvenation, however if you are targeting a specific spot, I often use the other setting, ie. non focus setting to get the lesion to frost, or use the older nano laser. This is a more reliable method of treating spots, Picosure Focus is excellent for over all...
