23 year old male taking Propecia, will I get the side effects of erectile dysfunction?

I'm 23, healthy and active. I have a full set of hair but 8 months ago I notice serious thinking/baldness on crown(small spot) and small recession in front. I've been given Propecia along with foam 5% rogaine. Will I likely have erectile dysfunction or not be able to orgasm or whatever the sexual side affects are? Does it happen to every man taking it?? Just a little worried but the again I don't want to bald like my dad did

Saw palmetto is usually very effective to male baldness it doesn not have the same side effects as finasteride. I would suggest you to go see your doctor for your alopecia

If you believe that the dark circles are the result of taking finasteride, you should meet with your doctor and discuss stopping the medication

It takes at least 6 months to see any value from finasteride and a year to see 80% of the results from the drug which you must stay on to keep what you get from it
