Hello - I am looking to get tattoo removal on a 4x4 inch tattoo on my forearm. The clinic asked whether I am prone to keloids. Are the scars in the attached image keloids or hypertrophic scars? They are 15 years old and we’re previously treated with micro needling and fraxel (which had little affect). Thank you!
