Recently had an implant on 4.6 (right, lower first molar) and am ready for the crown. I also need a crown on tooth 1.6 (right upper 1st molar). Would it be wise to do both these restorations concurrently or consecutively?

In theory, composite does not bond to porcelain very strongly and the composite that has been added by your dentist may fall out but of you do not have senstivity and brush that area properly, that tiny gap does not create problem.
