Deep horizontal line above lip when I smile. What is the best way to get rid of this without loosing speech and smile?

The horizontal line above lip can usually best be treated with injection of Botox, but the dose needed is one lower end and care must be taken to avoid injecting too much Botox in this area to ensure the normal function of the muscles around the mouth is preserved. protein used to address wrinkles associated with facial expression. In the lower face a small amount of Botox can be placed under the base of the nose above the upper lip to relax the DSN muscle which pulls the upper lip toward the nose and can create a small horizontal crease in the area.
