Using Avodart with Finasterid for hairloss? Can I continue with this regime or is it dangerous to combine those two medications?

I would be careful about using either of them, especially finasteride. Both inhibit the conversion of testosterone to dht or dihydrotestosterone via their effect on 5- alpha reductase enzyme which is needed for conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone
Although controversial there is mounting evidence that using finasteride can cause loss of libido, erectile dysfunction and even psychological problems that continues way after the medication has been stopped. 
There are studies that support this claim and other studies that show no ill effect of the medication once it's stopped. I would try other treatment modalities like PRP, laser therapy, minoxidil, nutritional support to deal with your hair loss until this issue is clarified.

Provided you are under the care of an experienced physician and side effects and hair growth effects are monitored, it is possible. It is not commonly done but it is possible. Periodic use of dutasteride in men using finasteride has been studied in the medical literature.
