Does liquid Clobetasol solution for LPP cause indentations in scalp or is that only caused from Kenalog injection treatments?

This needs an in-person evaluation. Both may be causing some indentations and/or atrophy. I suggest seeing a hair loss expert now to evaluate and go over your condition and provide you information about your best treatment options. You would want to speak to your dermatologist as a number of factors are relevant here. However, generally identations are more likely from steroid injections. Clobetasol can cause atrophy too but it is more diffuse in nature rather than localized (as in indentations). Rarely the disease too can contribute.
