Can Secret Pro CO2 (ultra) diminish festoon?

I’m a woman in her early 50s and have developed what appears to be a wet festoon under one of my eyes /high on the cheekbone. I have tried three sessions of RF Mirco needling with no change. Would the Secret Pro Ultra CO2 laser help? Or are there other lasers or other treatments to try?
