Were the Fractora RF Settings High? Experienced volume loss

I had 1 Fractora RF Microneedling spot treatment on 2 scars. One was for a mole removal indentation over my lip and the side of eyebrow. I noticed volume loss after the treatment. I especially noticed it near my mouth, as that area has a dent shaped like the tip. the practitioner's records for Inmode Fractora RF w/ energy power set @ 55, tip size - 24 Walid? and she did 3 passes double pulsed. Was this a strong setting, especially for those areas? Was not numbed prior causing me to jerk away.
