I’m 4 days post treatment. It wasn’t on the highest setting and the needle head wasn’t the longest needles. I have track marks and scabs everywhere. Reading reviews here, I’m worried this will stay for a while: most reviews say this should be gone after 24-48 hours. They are no where near gone and it feels like I’ll need a while. Am I scarred? Or this still very normal healing??? My forehead I has 3x bigger scabs.
Answer: Fractora Post-Care Thanks for your question. Your treatment looks thorough. Please don't be too concerned with these marks. It is normal, as we injured the skin in order to yield results. Keep the area clean, hydrated, and free from sunlight. These steps are crucial to ensure a full recovery. Here are my tips for successful acne scar revision:RF needling- Needles combined with Radio Frequency create microchannels in the skin, creating collagen. There are many great systems available, but seek on that is safe for all skin types. I like Fractora. Pinpoint irradiation- Specialized technique I use where strong beam profile of a Co2 laser is directed to each individual scar. Think of it as painting each scar with laser to get the maximum benefit. Erbium- An ablative laser to improve skin texture and improve collagen production. Microneedling- Microneedling used alone is a good, but it especially effective as an add-on to the above treatments. Combining different modalities increases efficacy. Cross-TCA- 100% acid directed at the scar will build collagen. Subcision- Cutting the scar free from the tissue and filling in depressions with either a High G prime filler or Bellafil. This requires a skilled and experienced physician to perform. PiQo4- Made for reducing hyperpigmentation or Post Inflammatory Hyperpigmentation, this laser is safe for all skin tones. Several sessions are needed for optimal results. Best, Anil Shah MD

Answer: Fractora healing The Fractora technology provides technicians with adjustable settings and tip applicator options to customize treatment. The placing of the tip while stamping is very important as well. It appears the tip was used in the wrong direction and perhaps that is why you have overlapping areas that are more demarcated. It is normal to see pin point scabbing where the pins have been inserted. The skin will heal but we do not recommend barrier creams post 48h as this can lead to breakouts. Avoid occlusive ointments and use a light, oil free moisturizer. It is recommended to use a broad light spectrum sunscreen post treatment to prevent any permanent pigmentation changes.

Answer: Marks from Fractora They will resolve. You should be keeping them clean and gooped up with Vaseline. That will help them resolve much faster. But they look just fine and aren't scarred. "This answer has been solicited without seeing this patient and cannot be held as true medical advice, but only opinion. Seek in-person treatment with a trained medical professional for appropriate care."
