How do I fix uneven chin when I smile and talk? (Photos)

Hello, I am looking for options to make my chin more symmetrical because my right side is noticeably longer and bigger than the left when I smile and it is also obvious when I am talking. My chin looks huge and makes my face look disproportionate. I’m afraid of getting filler for the smaller side because I don’t want my chin to look even bigger and witch like - my lower face is too long as is. I tried to speak with a surgeon a year ago and even went to get chin X-rays and sent them off, but the receptionist called me and said there isn’t enough bone so there was nothing that could be done and told me good luck. It feels like soft tissue when I pinch it, but I’m not sure if fat or muscle. I’m also not sure what kind of surgeon I need or who to go to.
