Red itchy lips are not normal and are usually signs of an allergic reaction to something. I would recommend you contact your dentist as soon as possible. I would also advise you to stop wearing the Aligners for a few days and see if the itchy/burning sensation goes away. It is very uncommon to have an allergic reaction to the medical grade plastic of the aligners, but still possible. Also if you are using any cleaning solutions or products on the aligners may also cause an allergic reaction. In short, stop wearing the aligners and contact your dentist as soon as you can.

Red dry burning lips are not a normal reaction to Invisaling trays. It looks like you may be having an allergic reaction.  I have treated many Invisalign patients and have never seen a reaction from the trays.  It could be a coincidental reaction to something else.  You should contact your dentist right away.  I would guess they would have you stop wearing the trays to see if the reaction goes away.  Your dentist may want to prescribe a steroid medication for your lips.
