What causes this orange peel texture change after Profractional? Microneedling help?

4 weeks after a full-face Profractional. No acne scars and just want some improvements for large pores at T-zone. I’m panic now because I noticed this orange peel texture at some certain area(pictures shows around mouth), this texture gets better when I stretch the skin around it. And my entire face is also having a wired texture change-I can clear see the edges of laser treatment around my eyes. My skin just get really rough with those pinpoint holes and lines among them. What’s going on?

Probational laser has a big spot size- namely erbium laser give a BIG hole- hence grids and demarkation is commonly seen. I have both given grids and repaired other dermatologist grids myself. OK, its still only 4 weeks post. It takes 6-9 months for this to settle. 60-80% chance of this setting with topicals - see your dermatologist or plastics who performed this procedure to go through the after care. Now if things are still not settling after 8 months you do have many options to improve the texture- small hole non ablative lasers including Clear and Brilliant 1927 overpass, or Fraxel 1927-1550 dual overpass high density and or small hole low fluency CO2 fractional laser (NOT Fraxel RePair) Please see your laser specialist for guidance.
