Terrified this is permanent. A profractional laser (Sciton) was suggested to possibly help with the scarring and to create collagen for the indention. My concern is that if liquid nitrogen caused atrophy and scaring, further damaging the tissue with an ablative laser may cause more hypopigmentation and more of an indention. Fillers or fat augmentation could cause necrosis and would not likely stay in the area where it's needed. And nothing can help with the hypo. I can't even mask this with makeup.
