Is it safer to use a Hyaluronic pen?

It was so many complications from fillers injected with regular syringe, specifically in some dangerous spots, when filler can get to the blood vessel and make blindness or necrosis .How about Hyaluronic Pen ? I've heard, it's impossible, to get filler inside the vessels with hyaluronic pen. Is it more safe ?

The hyaluronic pen is not the same as injecting dermal fillers. Less product is delivered more superficially to soften and smooth and plump the skin. Dermal fillers are injected deeper into the skin to lift, volumize and smooth the skin. You should choose the procedure based on what your concerns are and what you are trying to accomplish.  With any procedure there is risk of complications. With an experienced well trained injector the risks should be minimized.

A blunt tip microcannula can be used to inject HA filler. In my opinion, cannulas reduced swelling, bruising and risk of intravascular injection.
