Is it safer to use a Hyaluronic pen?

It was so many complications from fillers injected with regular syringe, specifically in some dangerous spots, when filler can get to the blood vessel and make blindness or necrosis .How about Hyaluronic Pen ? I've heard, it's impossible, to get filler inside the vessels with hyaluronic pen. Is it more safe ?

The hole is either a scar (e.g. chicken pox scar) or something called a dilated pore of Winer. The best treatment would be a simple punch excision, and you'd trade a hole that can't be covered for a tiny thin white line that can be easily covered with makeup if need be.
