Options to add fat into liposuction dents - Can I use Renuva to fill in dents due to concerns? (photo)

Hello I had liposuction on my stomach one year ago which left me with a line in my lower tummy under my bellybutton and a dent in my stomach where too much fat was removed. I had one prior lipo on tummy which was a success ten years prior. I want to know if I can use renuva to fill in dents due to concerns or not having enough fat and do I need scar tissue release? Looking for a doctor with expertise on my specific issue
