I had an open reduction nasal fracture performed recently. The ENT Dr. told me that after the surgery it enable better breathing. I had the splint removed 2 days ago. Today i noticed a prominent bump on the right "nasal bone" near my right eye which did not exist before. I have submitted 2 photos. 1 showing an actual photo of my affected area with a black dot on the area exactly. #2 submission is a figure where i notated more precisely the location. What do you think this is? Thank you
