Originally went to get braces to correct an overbite. My teeth looks better but my side profile bothers me. My lips protrude and my profile is very full and convex in naturd. I'm mid treatment & my orthodontist told me I have a bimax protrusion and that I need teeth pulled (most likely bicuspids) to fix it. Should I extract teeth or opt instead for IPR?

If black triangles are your concern, then the orthodontist is correct, time to take the brackets off. Of more importance, "perfect" should not be a goal. It is nearly impossible to create perfection, let alone make it stay there. I suggest Bioclear to fill in the black triangles.
