I've read that surgery could cause temporary hair loss. I had a septorhinoplasty 6 months ago, i may need to go for a revision. If i decide to have a hair transplant for frontal hairline recession ( due to male pattern baldness--not related to the surgery), how long after should i wait before i can go for a revision rhinoplasty(without it affecting the transplanted hair)? My biggest fear is the transplanted hair falling out and dying. Thank You
