Clear & Brilliant, Sylfirm (RF micro-needling device that can also treat eye area), Fraxal, Thermage, Erbium& IPL (I have had 3 of these and am unimpressed). I have had 4 consults and was recommended most of these lasers. I am 46, have beginning signs of aging, sunscreen obsessed. I have a few sun spots, nasolabial lines, moderate forehead lines, a small amount of crepey skin on neck, eye area a little hooded. I'm overwhelmed. Some say I need a deep laser and some say just the surface
Answer: A combination of Morpheus8, Melapeels, and melarase creams can all help you achieve a more youthful look. Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Related Suggestions Hello; you look very good for a 46 years old woman. Since your skin is very thin, it is natural for fine wrinkles and loss of elasticity to appear on your face. Especially, around eyes and neck zone; these two areas are most affected by aging. Implementations that you have made so far; are so nice. Thermage FLX is also my favorite device. I have similar patients with your skin structure; additionally, I recommend for Lanluma. Lanluma is a PLA (Poly Lactic Acid) molecule. It creates for liquid face lifting effect; by stimulating collagen under the skin. By this way, non-surgical face lifting effect of the devices increases. I advise for Radiesse; as a collagen stimulating filler. Radiesse Calcium Hydroxyapatite is obtained from deep seaweeds and its effect lasts for a very long time; a filler; that stimulates for your own natural collagen. It can be used; especially, on your laugh lines. Your face will look much younger and babylike. For your eye area; I recommend for supportive mesotherapy; which contains amber. By the way, your right eyelid is lower. There is an asymmetry. You are very suitable for upper eyelid surgery. When you have an upper eyelid surgery; you will look much better and your field of vision will increase; You will see much healthier. Your facial expression; it will be much more lively and energetic. Initially, get your eyelids done; afterwards, as non-surgical face lifting treatments, that support for previous devices; you can have Lanluma and Radiesse done. Have a nice day.

Answer: Improving Hooded Eyelids -- Botox/Xeomin/Dysport/Jeuveau for Brow Lift, Fillers, RF (Thermage, Legacy, Viva), Blepharoplasty For significant improvement, hooded eyelids require surgery if there is enough skin. For nonsurgical treatments: Radiofrequency (Thermage or Venus Legacy/Viva), injectable fillers, and a Botox brow lift can help contour the eyebrows and lift the eyelid skin. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with an experienced cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer.
