Will using Thermage for forehead lines cause loss of volume in the face?

I'm 27 and don't have lots of fat in my face. I have heard Thermage can improve lines on my forehead, but I'm concerned it will also cost loss of volume/fat in face. Could you please provide some guidance around this? Thank you !
