Great question! I am a fan of PDO threads for this. If done correctly, you will not only see immediate resolution with the threads but you may see some lift in other sections of your face: preserving your youthful appearance from the consequences of aging and gravity. As the pdo threads break down they stimulate collagen production. This is a critical component for your skin to maintain it’s strength and volume. Sculptra is not as immediate. You cannot dissolve it like other fillers and lumps can form that are difficult to remove. I hope this helps and good luck! 

Hi! Thank you for your question! You do not want the suture sticking out of your skin because that is a high risk for infection. This thread can be removed easily by whomever has been treating you. It would be best to remove it completely and by a physician familiar with pdo threads.
