I need to have microblading removed with a gentle approach that will remove it effectively. Saline or laser first? (photos)

Help! I had bad microblading and I need to have it removed ASAP! I want to avoid any scarring but effectively remove the pigment. I’ve read about PicoWay laser, glycolic/saline removal and even magnet removal. Where do I start? I was to be gentle and save my skin and follicle.
