I have CareSource Medicaid. Will it cover fixing my teeth with crowns or replacements? (Photo)

I've had previous work done on my teeth but it's all coming out after four years and its causing more breakage and pain than ever before. The worst of it is my front teeth and I want a smile I can be proud of and pain free when I eat or drink anything. Will CareSource cover crowns/dentures/veneers?
