I prefer the Restylane family of fillers and like using Restylane Lyft when working on the jawline and the newer flexible gel HA fillers, Restylane Refyne and Restylane Defyne, when improving the lateral temporal fat pad. However, I do believe the ideal filler in this part of the face (preauricular) is Sculptra however Sculptra is not an HA filler.
